The M.O.T Soccer Club is a totally volunteer organization. The success of this program is dependent on parents and other volunteers who are willing to donate time for the welfare of the children, and of the community. Each season the club is in need of volunteers to help as coaches and assistant coaches. The club strongly supports the development of coaches through in-house clinics, coaching handbooks, coaching literature and club-funded instructional clinics.

The Club is also embarking on a long term strategic planning process to ensure we have enough practice fields, game fields, equipment and coaching knowledge. We are in great need of volunteers to help with these efforts. Of course, there are a number of behind-the-scenes activities that need to happen in order for each weekend to be successful. Many of these activities require very little time, but are crucial to the success of MOT Soccer. If you can help any way please contact one of the Board Members.
