The M.O.T. Soccer Club is a volunteer based organization. These volunteers are the life blood of our club. The success of all our programs is greatly dependent on the continued support from our community.  

Each season the club seeks volunteers to help as coaches, assistant coaches, team managers, and a myriad of other positions. The club strongly supports the development of our volunteer coaches through in-house clinics, literature, and mentoring. Those individuals interested in coaching at the Representative level have the support of our club which subsidizes advanced licensing classes. 

Throughout the season, there are a number of behind-the-scenes activities that need to occur in order for each weekend competition to be successful. Many of these activities require very little time but are crucial to the success of MOT Soccer.

The Club is also embarking on a long term strategic planning process to ensure we have enough practice fields, game fields, equipment and coaching knowledge to meet the ever growing needs of our community. Accomplishing this will be no small task and every minute contributed helps.

If you would like to be a Head Coach or Assistant Coach please contact us immediately. We would love to have you join our coaching staff. All of our Coaches must complete a required background through our state Risk Management system. If you have already volunteered please click on the link below to complete the process.
